Delta County Sheriff Shoots & Kills Unarmed Woman Because She Ran - Earning The Hate This woman was SHOT AND KILLED over the crime of No license plate and running from police! This cop WAS NOT IN FEAR OF HIS LIFE, and if he was it was because HE KNOWINGLY PUT HIMSELF IN HARMS WAY! He wanted to #Murder this woman, so he set it up so that he could!
