DRUG ADDICTION IS A TRAGEDY NOT A CRIME!!! Drugs should be De-Criminalized and by doing so Police Forces could be reduced by 75% and we could use the BILLIONS OF DOLLARS WE SAVE ON FUNDING THE #DEA and entire departments of police........ Not to mention SAVING the THOUSANDS OF LIVES TAKEN BY POLICE ARRESTING THESE MOSTLY NON-VIOLENT PEOPLE!!! We could use that money instead TEACHING OUR CHILDREN THE DANGERS OF DRUG USE!!! When I was 12 years old I could score ANY KIND OF DOPE KNOWN TO MAN, IN ANY QUANTITY I WANTED....... Know what I could NOT get??? CIGARETTES AND ALCOHOL because it's legal and CONTROLLED!!! POLITICIANS keep drugs illegal because they and the DEA can then import those illegal drugs for HUGE PROFITS!!! In EVERY COUNTRY THAT LEGALIZED DRUGS OVERDOSE DEATHS DROPPED TO NEAR ZERO!!! In America 150 people DIE PER DAY! And they die because NO TREATMENT IS AVAILABLE TO THEM BECAUSE THEY CANNOT AFFORD IT!!! If government wants to help then they could PAY FOR TREATING ADDICTIONS and they'd save 95% of these people! This is because opiate addicted people can get their opiates from a pharmacy and the drugs will be the SAME STRENGTH as the drugs yesterday! When you buy drugs on the streets the criminals "cut" the heroin with fentanyl which is 150 times stronger....... and dealers don't know what they are doing! KILLING PEOPLE actually boosts their business because users think the dope is "Good" if it kills people! SADLY This all started when #Obama forced doctors to cut EVERYONE off of pain medications they had taken for YEARS........ therefore they were addicted!!! If you are addicted to opiates you'll do ANYTHING to feel better! Including using heroin to ease your withdrawals! Look when it started.........2010! If you want to dismiss me as someone who don't know what they are talking about that's your prerogative, but I can speak on the subject because it's one I KNOW TOO WELL!!! I'm a recovering opiate addict myself........ And Barrack Obama threatened my doctor with losing his license unless he stopped prescribing me the pain medications I had taken LEGALLY for years! It was never a problem........ I thought.......... until I could no longer get my medication! POLITICIANS HAVE NO BUSINESS REGULATING DOCTORS!!! They are NOT DOCTORS!!! I will agree with people needing to be cautioned strongly BEFORE taking medications like this! Drug companies TOLD DOCTORS that these pills were NOT ADDICTIVE, well they said "A less than 01% chance of addiction" And they created a massive amount of people dependent on pain medicines! BUT YOU CANNOT JUST CUT SOMEONE OFF A DRUG THEY ARE PHYSICALLY ADDICTED TO STUPID!!! BUT THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID! DRUG COMPANIES LIED AND PEOPLE DIED!
