California Shunts Millions of Gallons of Fresh Water to the Sea Intentionally Creating Water Scarcity as Drought Conditions Grow

Two years ago Calif. reservoirs were sitting at 107% to 145% of average. https://bit.ly/3h3lWsO Enough water for a 5 to 7 year drought period.

Central Valley Farmer and Calif. water expert, Kristi Diener says:

“Are we having a dry year? Yes,” Diener says. “That is normal for us."

"Should we be having water shortages in the start of our second dry year? No. Our reservoirs were designed to provide a steady five year supply for all users, and were filled to the top in June 2019.”

Diener has been warning steadily that water is unnecessarily being let out to sea as the state faces a normal dry year.

“In the last 14 days, (mid May 2021) 90% of Delta inflow went to sea. It’s equal to a year’s supply of water for 1 million people."

Why? Perhaps Gov. Newsom's $5.1 Billion drought relief package provides a clue.

$500 million is earmarked for incentives to farmers to "re-purpose" their land. Wildlife habitats, recreation or solar panels.

$60 million is tagged for the State Water Efficiency and Enhancement Program. Purpose: Buy up farmland that has been intentionally dried up.

$300 million for Sustainable Groundwater Management Act which ensures that farmers don't turn to local groundwater for their supply.

$200 million for habitat restoration which Diener says is about "recreating flood plains so when they demolish our dams the water has someplace to go".

And more.

Government manipulation to force more control over the land and ultimately the food supply. If they break a few eggs along the way, so be it. NWO anyone?
