OHSA Tells Employers They May Be Liable for Any Adverse Reaction from Mandated COVID19 Shots
The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has put employers on notice. https://bit.ly/3bpT3DU
If they attempt to require employees to receive injections of this experimental COVID-19 gene-therapy vaccine, a resulting adverse reaction will be considered “work-related”.
They (the employer) will be held legally liable for violating federal law.
Why? Because as noted in a previous post , an emergency use authorized (EUA) product cannot be mandated. The EUA specifically states that the recipient (including your children btw) has the option to accept or refuse the injection.
