The people would need to line up for a weekly shot to prevent symptoms. The Bureau gave the cure to certain high-level people in the Bureau. Even the elite of the government would have to get the weekly shot.
Now listen to Dr. Faucci and how we will need to get booster shots for C-19. There will be a pill for the side effects of the vaccine. Viral shedding will contaminate the unvaccinated people. I speculate that unprotected sex with a vaccinated person will transfer the vaccine virus to your partner.
The Globalists have been telling us this will happen. The movie "I am Legend" is a movie that starts with a vaccine to cure cancer. It morphs into a killer disease that leaves most of the population as night dwellers. The film Omegaman begins with a virus that makes people sensitive to sunlight; both movies end with the protagonist finding a cure for the new disease.
