You born again (John 3:1-21)? If so, do you always feel as if you are?
Some words to the wise:
ALWAYS ask the question of, “And meanwhile, what does the (ENTIRE) Word say?”
Everything ALWAYS needs to be, “Thus sayeth The Lord,” and never, “Thus sayeth the so-and-so,” to take precedence. It’s that dot in the middle of a sheet of paper
which is known as the absolute truth in every circumstance. Only The Lord can live there. Mankind cannot. I’m sure there’s quite a bit more to the story but then
again, Isaiah 55:8-9 is what it is. But...then again...He’s The Lord and we humans are...well...humans.
Always state Biblical truth with the results being between the recipient and the Holy Spirit. It’s only The Holy Spirit Who can guide into all truth (John 14:26,
John 16:13, 1 Corinthians 3:5-9).
There ARE NO contradictions in the Word...EVER.
Who says you always have to “feel” saved?
“Feelings” are emotions, and as such are merely just a part of your flesh (“Sarx” in the original Greek).
Your “sarx” has nothing whatsoever to do with the REAL you.
It’s not going with you in the first place when all is said and done here in this blip we refer to as “the physical”.
You and your salvation: It’s a matter of you “KNOWING”, not a matter of you “FEELING”.
2 Peter 1:3-4 (NLT)
Growing in Faith
By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to
himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence. And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises
that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.
