My church currently helps to support several orphanages and a seminary in Myanmar. It has done so for, I believe, 14 or so years. In the wake of the recent coup, which has already caused the price of basic necessities like rice to jump, they need more help than ever. Myanmar has also jumped from the 18th worst nation for Christians to the top 10 due to the military takeover. This morning I was informed that money is still making it through to the missions.
If you're willing to donate, it would definitely be appreciated. Please don't feel obligated. All I ask is that you check out the site and decide for yourself what you want to do.
