You will notice in the above documentation that the recommended dosage of ivermectin is 0.2 mg/kg of body weight or 200 mcg/kg of body weight (which is the same thing). In the documentation for Durvet Ivermectin, at the bottom of page 1 below, the dosage is calibrated at 200 mcg/kg. That is 200 micrograms of Ivermectin per kilogram of body weight. Which is the recommended dosage rate in the medical information above. Each weight marking on the Durvet Invermectin syringe is calibrated for 250 lbs body weight. So there are 5 doses for a 250 lb horse in the syringe. And it's Apple Flavored! Put it in your horses breakfast oats. Any ranch supply store should have it.
