What is an expert? The Dictionary definition of an expert is: a person who has special skill or knowledge in some particular field; specialist; authority: How can someone be an expert if the results of their expertise is almost always wrong? In government or bureaucratic terms an expert is person paid to make a guess (assumed educated guess). Not a single model from these folks has gotten anywhere close to the predictions. In colloquial terms these folks are making a S.W.A.G. (Simple Wild Ass Guess). These SWAG's have had politicians shutdown a cornerstone of civilization, Commerce.
