The Constitution Section 1 Article 4 Section as follows:
"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators."
Notice there is no provision for Governors, no Courts may change the state law without the state legislature.
You either believe in the constitutional rule of law or you don't. We shall see Wednesday and Thursday which US Representative's do believe and defend, or don't believe and are Treasonous to the Constitution.
