Glowing bunny rabbits:

Yes, that's right glowing rabbits.

Back in 2013 scientist at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Two Universities in Turkey genetically modified rabbit embryos with a bioluminescent gene produced by jellyfish. Under normal light, the rabbit's fur appears white, however, once you turned out the light they would "Glow green" in the dark.

Cool isn't it.

These Transgenetic Bunnies aren't that only ones though. Fish, mice, goats, cows, and even pigs have been given this gene to test if it was possible to use genes to treat diseases in embryos to cure genetic diseases in humans.

You can buy glow fish in pets stores right now. However, I wonder when we can have other glowing pets to take home?

Only time will tell...
