At about 14:45 or so you also see another vehicle passing by........... who don't even know how lucky they are not to have been killed with hot lead pouring out in their direction!!! Police are the most irresponsible people on the PLANET with a firearm!!! ANY 12 year old hunter has much better firearm safety than ANY COP!!! The ONLY way to ever stop this is to ABOLISH qualified Immunity where they CAN BE SUED and to REQUIRE BY LAW body worn cameras throughout their shift and turn those into a citizen oversight committee at the end of each shift!!! And most importantly, Police are paying out more taxpayer money to lawsuits than ANYONE would believe!!! This would stop that AND cure bad cops on the force at the same time! REQUIRE BY LAW that each officer carry their OWN Liability insurance to cover them in any lawsuit for abuse / brutality (To be paid by the cop) That way you see......... when bad cops have had a couple of claims on their insurance their premium will go up!!! If they continue acting recklessly and abusing citizens the insurance company will DROP THEM leaving them unable to continue to work!
