Absentee voting, not quite what the Oligarchy controlled Fecderal government says
Voting outside the US? What do they say... oh, use an absentee ballot and send it to where you used to live.
Nice thought, but it doesn't work for all of us.
I just got a call from the county where I used to live saying that because I was not registered to vote there they were disregarding my mail in ballot....
