In the same breath WAPO says “record levels of patients suffering from covid-19” and then “steadily climbing toward the midsummer peak.” HUH??? HOW THE HELL CAN YOU HAVE RECORD LEVELS AND ALSO BE STEADILY CLIMBING TOWARDS THE MIDSUMMER PEAK?
How about “recent rise in confirmed coronavirus infections” is an “ominous leading indicator of an imminent surge of patients into hospitals.” HUH??? So…all these “confirmed cases” ARE NOT HOSPITALIZED….BUT WILL SOMETIME DOWN THE ROAD SURGE INTO HOSPITALS??
Then there is “Infections go up, hospitalization rates follow in a few weeks, and then deaths spike.” DEATHS SPIKE!!?? IT HAS BEEN 38 OF 41 DAYS BELOW 1,000 DEATHS AND 11 OF 41 UNDER 500. WHAT F’ING DEATH SPIKE ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT??? 94% average 2.5 underlying conditions!
What statistical evidence does WAPO give to back up the “DEATH SPIKE” assertion?? NONE Whatsoever!!
Look at the Wisconsin fairground picture they show of the room set up to treat coronavirus patients. All they show in the picture is a temporary barrier section room and within each section is a folding chair and a wastebasket. THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT PATIENTS WITH COVID? TELL THEM TO JUST SIT IN A SECTION OF THIS ROOM? WHAT MEDICAL PROCEDURE ARE THEY PLANNING ON? WHERE ARE THE ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS?
