Kamala Harris is not a "natural born" citizen, she is not even an American citizen. The 14th Amendment does NOT give birthright citizenship to foreigners born in the U.S.
Her parents came here on Non-Immigrant Student Visas. Her mom from India, her dad from Jamaica. (More than once, they stated they were not interested in being U.S. citizens.) The 2 met, got married, had Kamala and her little sister.
Her parents then divorced when Kamala was in elementary school. Kamala, her sister and mom moved to Canada and Kamala completed her K-12 education in Canada. After graduating from a Canadian High School, Kamala returned to the U.S. to attend College.
Some years later, Kamala's father did become a U.S. citizen, ~[ but since Kamala was an adult at the time, that citizenship process did NOT apply to her.~] Kamala's mother never became a U.S. citizen.
Legally, Kamala is a citizen of India and Jamaica. Her parents citizenship at the time of her birth passed down to her Automatically when she was born.
