Some folks don't have family members who provide clothing, and they don't have the money or physical abilities to buy their own clothing. It's so sad helping dress people in the same 3 outfits with rips, holes, and missing buttons. Why that day... because on March 29, 1973, Military Assistance Command, Vietnam (MACV) was disbanded and the last U.S. combat troops departed Vietnam. This day has become a day to honor those who served and those who paid the ultimate sacrifice in one of our nation’s most gruesome wars.
