The good news about that is a great awakening is occurring. All the little strings that held down Gulliver are slowly being broken and sooner or later that giant is going to get up. All the folks that tied those ropes might want to take notice. You can fence in a herd for a long time. But a little pressure over a long time will slowly wear and tear on the strongest bindings releasing all that pent up energy and anger over being restrained. The ship was constructed over the course of three years, and was finally launched in May of 1911.
