Ukrainian President called Russian President Vladimir Putin "crazy," in an interview with The Washington Post, posted on Friday.

Talking about Russia potentially using nuclear weapons, Ukrainian President said that he believes the country wouldn't resort to this, adding, however, that he cannot say that with complete certainty as Putin is unpredictable. "He's crazy. There is nobody in the world who can tell you 100 percent what he will do. That's why [United States President Joe] Biden is cautious [when it comes to weapons supplies]," Ukraine's president shared.

Ukrainian President further added that Russia should have been stopped sooner.
