34 As the LORD commanded Moses, so Aaron laid it up before the Testimony, to be kept.

35 And the children of Israel did eat manna forty years, until they came to a land inhabited; they did eat manna, until they came unto the borders of the land of Canaan.

36 Now an omer is the tenth part of an ephah.

Just remember there is no record of them being here because they are illegal invaders, so it's not like there will be a homicide investigation or missing persons report. I don't think murder would be a justifiable charge if you consider that armed invaders are equal to enemy combatants. I like to think it is considered pre-emptive self defense. Just remember to dig the hole deep out in the forest or on public land. Level the dig so it won't attract attention, and be careful not to leave anything behind that would tie it to you. Another option might be to leave the corpse in bear country covered with honey, pork fat or bacon. Bears can smell it over 5 miles away. Bears need to eat, too!
