Hollywood actors have ratified their deal with studios, putting an end to a prolonged strike, the Agence France Presse reported, citing the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA), the union representing the actors. The newly approved multiyear contract garnered overwhelming support, with 78% of the members voting in favor and nearly 22% reportedly opposing the deal. Back in November, the two sides reached a tentative labor agreement to end the strike initiated in July.
