Fekkai, famous for giving WJC’s first lady a trendy haircut for $400.00 in 1993 (WJC’s was $200.00), was the hairdresser who took care of the victims’ hair. He has never been accused of any illegal activity.

Mexican architect Ricardo Legoretta Vilchis travelled on the Epstein plane on 12/01/00.
