I thought capitalists would like immigrants. I understand not liking the government paying to transport immigrants with the military (I wouldn't want to pay for that involuntarily). However, It should be a lot easier for low-skilled workers to get visas. Restricting citizenship for many years is fine; if you're worried about immigrants voting in different sorts of candidates. I wouldn't set up something tantamount to competitor's vetoes when it comes to immigration laws though. I'd only restrict terrorists, wanted criminals for crimes illegal in your country, and people with deadly communicable diseases.
