Should OPCW be criminally investigated for Douma fake gassing coverup? Yes, I know this story has been well covered, but left out was the Elephant in the living room issue about what actions does a world public have available to remedy an organization like OPCW that might have gone rouge, or, ever worse, has been long penetrated by certain intelligence factions.
