• Does capitalism allow many preferences to be satiated simultaneously with a danger of dominance from a directorate class whilst socialism would only allow the majority opinion to be satiated with a danger of dominance from a directorate class?

  • Do college students tend to blame US foreign policy on capitalism? Is liberal internationalism ruining the reputation of capitalism whilst liberal pacifism is being thrown down the memory hole?

  • The middle ground is open migration, separate societies/governments, and Liberal/Marxist pacifism. Socialists & capitalists don't need to live together. Hybrid systems should also be tried. Experimentation is good.

  • When/where/how did it go wrong? Spanish–American War? Wilsonian idealism? I don't think the USA invaded these countries because of "socialism" itself. I think it was because "Socialism = "USSR" & "USSR" = "Enemy Image". Nukes + Big Power Politics + Fears From WW2 + Entanglements From Wilsonian policies + Military-Industrial Complex + USSR/USA Imperialism Race + Geography Incentivizing a Bigger Military when Entering Foreign Entanglements Particularly Those In Europe Which Compounded Into The Military-Industrial Complex intervenes everywhere. This is situational and it's silly to claim it's mainly due to ideology. I hate liberal internationalism (however I believe the term should be more specific like "liberal internationalism imperialism". Liberal internationalism is a foreign policy doctrine that argues that liberal states should intervene in other sovereign states to pursue liberal objectives. Such intervention can include both military invasion and humanitarian aid. This view is contrasted to the isolationist, realist, or non-interventionist foreign policy doctrines; these critics characterize it as liberal interventionism." [See: John Quincy Adams' warning about the USA going "in search of monsters to destroy". Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations; entangling alliances with none. -- Thomas Jefferson [See: Dwight D. Eisenhower's hypocritical, but an interesting warning about the military-industrial complex. ] I don't believe the USA's problems are unique. USA's justification for imperialism is quite similar to the Roman Empire's justifications for imperialism. The Roman Empire claims that "hey right outside our borders is dangerous we must pacify the barbarians" the USA's empire says "hey this country is siding with our "enemy image" we must pacify them".

Ideological Tinkerbell Effect - describing things that adoptants of a particular system of ideas and ideals, think to exist – because of what the particular system of ideas and ideals suggestionizes (to its adoptants) to exist.

I think this perspective isn't asking "why" enough. It seems to be following a blueprint. I believe this video is ironically making similar mistakes the USA made.

  • 5:56 lol. A bit hypocritical, but heck we're all humans. We're all screw-ups. I love your channel btw & wish you the best. Whenever this channel discusses her opposing camp [captialism] its negative perception is justified by historical examples inbrought by a particular faction the liberal internationalists/liberal imperialists and not other factions from her opposing camp such as liberal pacifists. It is a hasty generalization to reject capitalism based on what the USA did with the liberal imperialists/internationalists in power. It would also be a hasty generalization to reject socialism based on the USSR's imperialist behavior too. From what I've seen on this channel whenever it uses the USA's prohibitions, rent control, CON laws, infant mortality, healthcare, etc. to refute America's capitalism it tends to be a hasty generalization. P.S. I'm a Estonian who watches this channel.

AOC Says How She Accidentally Glued Her Face To Her Coffee Table Is A Clear Failure Of Capitalism
NEW YORK, NY - Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the world’s smartest socialist, is always talking about the evils of capitalism. Now tragedy has struck her with what she sees as a clear failure of that economic system: She has accidentally super-glued her face to her coffee table.'See what capitalism has done to me?!' Ocasio-Corte ...

  • I thought capitalists would like immigrants. I understand not liking the government paying to transport immigrants with the military (I wouldn't want to pay for that involuntarily). However, It should be a lot easier for low-skilled workers to get visas. Restricting citizenship for many years is fine; if you're worried about immigrants voting in different sorts of candidates. I wouldn't set up something tantamount to competitor's vetoes when it comes to immigration laws though. I'd only restrict terrorists, wanted criminals for crimes illegal in your country, and people with deadly communicable diseases. The rest of the people should be allowed in with visas -- that at least was the American way.

  • Reform and opening up are the only way to make our country strong. We must carry out fundamental reform of the economic structure that hampers the development of the productive forces, and keep and improve a capitalist economy.

The Charitable Capitalist Party advocates for lowering the barriers to entry for private non-profit organizations, hospitals, and non-governmental organizations seeking to lower the cost of our social welfare system and to allow our non-governmental social welfare programs to grow unimpeded and without concerns about arbitrary, unnecessary, or malicious red tape.

The Charitable Capitalist Party of the United States of America is the vanguard both of the American working class and of the American people and btw 'MURICA!

The Charitable Capitalists Party is committed to ending our certificate-of-need system that grants monopoly privileges to existing businesses.
