I believe the "Conversation" has been had THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO!
Now we have "The Law" which is NOT up for discussion at this point!

But the long and the short of the matter is that "THE LAW" laid out by Yahuwah (Yahweh, YHWH, The Most High, or God) is not ambiguous at all, it is STATED VERY CLEARLY!

Leviticus 18:22 - Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
Leviticus 20:13 - If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Deuteronomy 22:5 - The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
