It would appear far too many people are so scared of a J6-style trap, they're too afraid to enact their constitutional right to protest peacefully. In other words, the 1st is kaput which means on to the 2nd. As they're unwilling to defend the 1st, there's zero chance they'd enact the 2nd. As Tucker said, if Trump goes down, it's over.
