After tasing a man 11 times, out on an UNLAWFUL "Traffic Stop" of a parked car, Glendale #Police Officer Matthew Schneider who was guilty of kicking and tasering a handcuffed man in the groin in front of his terrorized children. This cop literally pulled down the handcuffed man's pants and tasered him in the b*lls! I CALL THAT AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT! He was facing 3 AGGRAVATED ASSAULT CHARGES, but because Police are "Above the Law" he was offered a "DEAL" and pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. The #Judge in the case said "You've suffered enough Matt, NO PROBATION and a 115 dollar fine..... What about Johnny Wheatcroft and his innocent family who were terrorized by these badge wearing #Criminals? Think they've "Suffered enough?" Because it's a big club and YOU AIN'T IN IT! The judge AND the Prosecutor in this case should BOTH GO TO PRISON right along with this criminal with a badge!
