Just to explain myself. When HAARP stations fire up they look vary specific when viewed on a Doppler Radar Map. The pattern is what I refer to as puffs and rays. It looks like spokes radiating out from the location of the station with small puffs of cloud around it that quickly appear and disappear over and over. Last time I saw it was when the first Migrant Caravan was heading for our border. There was a hurricane heading toward the area and then the station fired up.
