This is EXACTLY what this POS did to dogs!

I think it'd be a fitting PUNISHMENT FOR HIM & HIS ACCOMPLICES IN THE #CrimesAgainstHumanity they committed on the entire population of the WORLD!!!

Sounds like a perfectly fitting punishment to me!
We ARE discussing scumbags who WANT TO KILL BABIES!

This is actually a rather light sentence compared to what they DESERVE!
