Driver Blows 0.00% BAC - Gets DUI First of all..... I could smoke an ounce of weed and drive better than most morons on the roads! I could also drink 6 tall boys and still drive better than most morons on the road! (ESPECIALLY BETTER THAN #Police ) who are reckless and speed everywhere they go! The Police are NOT your friends! Police are talking to you FOR ONE REASON ONLY! That is because they want probable cause to ARREST YOU! Most police do not even care if you DID IT! They are ONLY INTERESTED in "Can I make it APPEAR he did it?" There was a time in my life that I THOUGHT police were decent guys, just doing a job, that only arrested #Criminals! They are trying to make a criminal out of EVERYONE they come in contact with! I have personally been to jail for NOTHING on more than 1 occasion! My mistake??? "COOPERATING" with them! Being nice, and giving them everything they asked me for! THAT was my mistake! Unless you have committed a crime, police are NOT entitled to your ID! Refusing to waive your constitutional rights is NOT "Being uncooperative" But police will say it is!!! Once they put your name into their computer it WILL show up every time you are stopped in the future! It WILL show up if you are arrested, EVEN IF YOU ARE FOUND NOT GUILTY OF THE CRIME on a background check or during any future contacts with police! Every time I apply for a job and they do a background check it comes back showing EVERY TIME I WAS ARRESTED! Never mind that I was found "NOT GUILTY".....
