Appeals court rules Governor Abbott's lockdown orders trump those of El Paso County Judge This is great.......... as long as Judges trying to OPEN BUSINESSES are not over ruled! THIS JUDGE was trying to keep businesses CLOSED! The issue that I have with ALL OF THE LOCKDOWNS across our country is that ONE PERSON BECOMES "King" AND CAN SHUT DOWN A STATE!!! NO ONE PERSON should ever have the authority to over-ride a state's legislature! And NO ELECTED OFFICIAL EVER HAS THE RIGHT TO VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION!!! ANY that do violate the Constitution should be REMOVED INSTANTLY! Do NOT pass go and don't collect sh*t! YOU ARE FIRED! Greg #Abbott is doing okay NOW! But at one point he kept #Texas businesses ILLEGALLY shut down for like 9 months! NO ELECTED OFFICIAL should ever have that kind of power!!! "Emergency Powers" should NOT be granted to ANY OFFICIAL EVER! America needs to make sure these emergency are TERMINATED even in the event of WAR!
