The tags on articles work a bit different than normal hashtags on posts.
Tags on articles must be separated with a comma. The hash (#) before the word should not be added. This is required for article tags to work right in search.
Spaces are filled in with an underscore if you do not use a comma between the words.
For example, if I want to use #trumpwon #bidencheated #cabbage for tags on my articles, they must be entered like this:
trumpwon, bidencheated, cabbage
