Hoffe says the spike proteins will cause blood platelets to form clots to block blood vessels being populated with the spikes as a protective measure.
As organs like the lungs get blocked up, the person will experience RET (reduced effort tolerance) which will cause them to find it more difficult to breathe and ultimately lead to pulmonary artery hypertension because the blood supply is being suppressed.
