Democrat Infrastructure Bill Includes Federalizing Local Zoning Laws Designed to Eliminate the Suburbs and Herd People Into Their Cities
Obama tried the same tactic with his Building One America program whose goal was to abolish America's suburbs by implementing no-growth, forced economic integration, transfer of suburban tax money to the cities and more.
Now, the Obama II administration is attempting to eliminate the suburbs with a measure in the Infrastructure Bill called the "HOMES Act". https://bit.ly/36oWmIx
The HOMES Act will:
- Put the Federal government in charge of local zoning laws to change the local demographics (aka "white" people) by eliminating single family homes in favor of high rise apartments.
- If a local government does not comply with the Federal zoning, HUD will cut off funding to that locality and any transportation money to fix streets and highways will be stopped.
The Infrastructure Bill is rumored to be anywhere from $4 to $10 Trillion, nearly 3X US 2021 revenues according to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).
Dems are trying to use reconciliation to pass it, as they did with the $1.9 Trillion COVID American Rescue Plan.
