When they say they want to dismantle White supremacy via equity in positions of power, what they really mean is they want to infiltrate our institutions and tailor our standard of living so that it suits their own tendencies and nature.
Our law enforcement system, which was once high-trust and contingent on an understanding that people would generally avoid crime and comply is what they interpret as White supremacy. Oppression is just an expectation to obey the law. BLM will tell you themselves that expecting black criminals to comply to avoid being dispatched is a White Supremacist talking point. They believe it's an unfair standard.
But they continue to demand integration because they want unilateral access to our institutions. They want access to our schools, access to our neighborhoods, access to our healthcare institutions, all while being exempt from abiding by the laws and customs that enable our system to thrive because they are in denial of that reality.
White people are so guilt-ridden and emasculated, and programmed to understand diversity as destiny and the morally objective position so that they are willing to sacrifice safety, comfort, and ultimately our system to cater to black standards.
