I agree, some people shouldn't get out. But, long prison sentences aren't the answer, that isn't justice unless the person comes out reformed. Usually the person comes out with mental diseases, and sometimes physical ones...usually more of a criminal. Real reform takes place when the person doesn't want to commit crime again.
