Too long, did not read. ------> Watch the video

If you haven’t been living under a rock at the to bottom of a lake for the past week, than you must tell me how you’ve managed to not hear about the fact that nearly every concrete jungle on this American Serengeti is on fucking fire. No, seriously, that’s impressive. Cu dose.

George Floyd, aspiring rapper – I know that sounds like a joke, but it’s true apparently – died in Minneapolis police custody (after being detained for using counterfeit bills or something) two weeks ago after some dipshit cop forgot that even the most dirt-poor people in this country carry around high definition video cameras 24/7. Floyd’s death, and his death in particular for some reason, became the catalyst for what, at this point, has been the most violent, sustained, and widespread rioting in this nation’s history.

Completely rocked by grief, it was decided but a few days later than the best way to raise awareness for police brutality and to honor the life of an honest man who once held a gun to a  pregnant woman’s unborn baby was to raze the city and steal everything that wasn’t nailed down – and then everything that was nailed down the following evening. What better way to make a case against police than to make the completely opposite fucking case?

Now seems like a pretty good time to make my stance on the matter crystal clear: No, what happened to George Floyd ought not to have happened. He had already been subdued and put into the police cruiser before the cop Pesci’d Floyd’s neck with his knee for 8 fucking minutes. Why’d he take him back out? I dunno. Apparently the cop and Floyd actually knew one another and they both worked part-time at the same place working security. Maybe the cop knew the woman Floyd robbed? Maybe Floyd was fucking the guy’s wife. Or maybe the cop really did just hate black people and wanted to satiate some deep dark desire to watch Floyd die.

Whatever the case the officer’s been charged with murder in the second degree. That’s an upgrade from the original charge of third degree murder, and the three other officers were charged with aiding and abetting. The prosecution should be carful not to take the charges to far, lest they be unable to make the evidence stick. With the sheer level of publicity being given to this case, I’m not even confident they can get a fair and impartial jury at this point and boy would it be a shitshow if the case got dismissed.

But it really isn’t about Floyd anymore, is it? It really isn’t even about the officers involved, either. No, after nearly two weeks of chronic and ceaseless barbarity dressed up as strangers grieving for a man they didn’t know and probably don’t even know the story about, most onlookers see this fiasco as nothing but wanton destruction. The message all but lost.

But you know what the funniest part of all this is? Well, there is no one funniest part, there are a few.

First and foremost being that the majority of the looting and rioting has resulted in the decimation of businesses in these poorer, supposedly marginalized areas. Business owned and operated by so called “people of color”, which is one of the most confusing labels I’ve ever heard since “colored people” is considered antiquated and racist, but whatever. These businesses also, it’s extremely worth pointing out, were already sitting gaspless at deaths door hoping beyond hope that the coronavirus lockdown would end so that they could be revitalized. But the riots came first.

It’s particularly amusing to hear apologists for these thugs attempt to justify and rationalize away the devastation by pointing out that a number of large, corporate chains such as Target and Walmart as well as a number of fast food restaurants were among the casualties. Wow, what wonderful work! That will show anyone who eats food. It’s not like these major franchises are so heavily insured that they MAKE money when you burn down a store. And it’s not like the people you claim to be fighting on behalf of had jobs there and that the corona coof-bucks are about to expire. No, really, very well done, shitwits. Capitalism BTFO #fuck12!

The second reason I can’t help but stifle a smile when I get my daily news injection is the fact that a very sizable portion of the people, not just doing the raiding and the looting, but also just out and about going the through the motions of appearing to be pissed about Floyd, are really just out because it’s an excuse to not have to do all the social distancing and quarantine bullshit that should have been lifted months ago. What’s even more baffling – or perhaps not, considering the embarrassing amount of pandering that goes on in politics – is that the governors who threatened and even made good on threats to punish business owners for opening up shop or anyone else for not staying out of coof-range, are completely fine with these measures being broken so long as you are making a mess of their jurisdiction. They must have gotten really sick of their jobs.

And the third thing that really is just a gas is while all the “peaceable petitioners” claim to be out in opposition to violence and brutality, there have been a bevy of people beaten, shot, and run over – presumably in the name of progress and togetherness. People have died. No less than twelve, last I checked. It really is a kind of trench – or apex, depending on how you look at it – of stupidity and ignorance to suggest that these demonstrations have done anything of value when weight against, not only the productive and social costs, but the human costs as well.

So what’s really going on here? Who’s egging this on? What groups are involved?

GAME OF DRONES

At the forefront of these asinine assemblies are the premier poster-boys of grievance and identity politics – BlackLivesMatter. A group dedicated to…saying that black lives matter. And that’s kind of all they do. Where and when this amorphous blob of an organization decides to rear its rear and let out a roar of sloganeering flatulence is curious and suspect, to say the least.

I typically compare BLM to the MeToo types, their goals and very selective incidence of interest baring striking similarities. You might recall a few week back when a man named Aurbry was killed when confronted by a pair of civilians whom suspected him of theft at a nearby construction site. There were stirrings in their ranks, sure, but BLM’s response to Aurbry’s death was set to “vibrate” compared to the eleven that shit got kicked up to for Floyd. Why is this? What makes a suggested botched citizen’s arrest that, going from the video, could easily be presented and construed as something more heinous, less appealing than Floyd’s too rough treatment? The cops. That’s the difference.

Only on the statistically off chance that a black person gets killed by a cop does BLM spring into action; because BLM is not a pro-black group, there are an anti-police group. Their leadership is not shocked or saddened when one of their “brothers” gets wasted, they jump for joy because that’s when the money and membership takes off. It doesn’t matter to them when a bunch of black kids blast each other’s brains over the bricks in Chicago or Baltimore or New York, that isn’t news, that isn’t worth anyone’s time, apparently. What about captain Dorn? He was black. But nope, he was a cop. His black life didn’t matter. No televised funeral for him. Wrong narrative. No, BLM needs a very specific kind of death, something harder to come by, something they can make sound like a daily occurrence to sow fear in the hearts of the people they claim to champion. But such is politics.

And then of course no site of disorder nor chance to break shit would be complete without the sons bitches that are the spawn of Antifaschistische Aktion, antifa. Like commie father like commie son. They, like BLM, had been rather quite until Floyd, largely because their goals are very similar. While BLM focuses mainly on the police, anifa is far less focused, devoted more toward sparking unrest where there would ordinarily be none or maybe just a more mild case of strife. Their members range between rich, sheltered children looking for cheap thrills to intellectually insular poor kids that push shopping carts to pay off their degrees in theater or women’s studies, or any of the dozens of other fake and useless fields. They’re Utopians who’ve never been anywhere else on earth so their perspective on human suffering is laughably askew and their understanding of history is virtually non-existent. At least this is the case with the drones on the street. The higher ups, no doubt, know exactly what they’re doing.

One of these heads being Keith Ellison, an admitted member and lawyer heading up the prosecution against the officer that killed Floyd. Yeah, I’m such he won’t make a spectacle of things.

But he’s not the only high profile person lending aid and sympathy to the soylent soldiers storming the city stores and suburbs. As if their horrid films and shitty shows weren’t enough of an assault on the fabric of society and the collective intelligence, a number of Harvey Weinstein’s lackies in Hollywood have contributed funds to pay the bail for the looters, as has a certain recently nominated dementia patient. And in an even more bizarre and clownish twist, multibillion dollar corporations (the very same corporations that would theoretically be taxed into non-existence under antifa’s favored policies) have been gushing and simping nonstop to market themselves as sympathizers. For money, of course. Slap a hashtag on your ads and idiots will think you care. Yes, never you mind that not even two months ago when a McDonalds in Guangzhou was completely denying service to black people; no, they’re totally down with the struggle.

Hmm…the struggle. How has that been going, anyway?

Wacky Races

In my honest opinion, based on what I’ve seen at least in my lifetime, I would have to regard race relations in the United States as something between bad and as good as they’re going to get. As a child, I, and just about everyone else in my generation, was taught by my teachers – nearly all of whom could be hot-swapped with the women on the View and nobody would have noticed – that racism was a relic of the past and didn’t exist anymore. It was slain, you see, by the noble and righteous paladin, Sir Martin Luther King Jr. who sent all the bad and evil white people of the world spiraling down into the Pit. And at the time, this seemed to me to be largely true: My grade school was mostly white with a few exceptions but there weren’t any racial incidents to speak of. In fact you seemed most likely to be bullied if you were a short boy, had acne, or had braces past the 8th grade. But even that didn’t seem like reason enough to not reiterate the evils of the pilgrims and the – ironically enough – southern democrats (that last bit conveniently omitted, of course). And therein lies the ultimate downfall of the social justice types; they can’t ever seem to understand when they’ve won.

Riddle me this, Batman: What can I do, that a black guy legally cannot do? Or a gay guy? Or, hell, a woman? Stumped? You should be. Because the answer is nothing. Equality is already not only enshrined in law – as it should be – but it is more or less entirely approved of by most people in this country. They did it. Mission accomplished. So what the hell are these tie-dyed troglodytes so butthurt about? Why are they  always pushing completely redundant legislation and toothless resolutions and petitions every chance they get? Well, there are a few reasons.

Politics are front and fucking center in these little hissy fits we see in the streets. One faction, almost always the left, runs on the supposed issues ventilated by the scores of seething trust-fund babies and college students given free tuition because they have the most politically expedient phenotypes. Talk about privilege. Second is money. These grievance groups rake in loads of money – mostly from billionaires like a certain international criminal who’s actually banned from entering some countries, and people so crushed by debt they really can’t even afford to be give away any but seem to always wonder why they come up short on rent each month. Money is also the chief reason why these groups tend to outlive the battles they fight. Why pack it up when you can just tell people the job’s not done and buy yourself another Bentley? Wokeness is very lucrative if you take even a 101 level sociology class. And last is the feels. We live in an age where many, many people judge their worth and the worth of others based on the number of likes and followers one can accrue, and to be banned from social media is to be excommunicated and made into a pariah. For some, this is merely standard operating procedure, and people passively go along to avoid drawing attention to themselves. But for others, it is there Raison detre. There reason for being, their faith, their God. They are heretic-hunters and book burners, every generation seems to have them. This time around, the black ones try to make you kneel for some shit you didn’t do, and the white ones will look at you panicked and try to get you to kneel beside them, because misery loves company.

But again, equality already exists in America. Under the laws that these fucker’s predecessors worked toward, they have the world they’re asking for. Their grievances about race inequality, or sex pay gaps, or toxic masculinity, are about as real as whatever made-up gender identity they’re trying on today. People want justice for Floyd. All the cops involved are awaiting trial, they didn’t get off the hook. How is that not justice? What’s their take on what justice is for Floyd? These people who insist that they are the heralds of sciences and reason tend to be the least scientifically literate and least reasonable people you will ever meet, and are more likely to bite you than tell you why you’re wrong about something. To them, looting and vandalism and assault are excusable if you’re “oppressed”. Odd, considering most of the damage has been done in their own neighborhoods thus perpetuating a lack of wealth, opportunity, and enthusiasm for investment. But that must be a much too high functioning conclusion for the average reddit-regular.

The fact of the matter is this: If you’re black in the United States you’re one of the lucky black people. If America were the maw of foaming hatred so many seem to think it is, there would not be people from your continent of origin hoping to get in, nor would there be people trying to help them get in. Would that not be endangering their lives? No, it wouldn’t because the notion that America is systematically and overtly racist is a lie. Shit, we had a black…ish president for 8 years; that would not have even been possible if this country were what they thought it was.

It could become true, especially if you keep up the race baiting. And don’t think that just because the left has this disturbing tendency to put everyone who isn’t white under the same category, don’t think they actually identify with each other. Have you seen the pseudo-caste system in some Latin-American countries? Have you noticed who the Mexican gangs keep black gangs out of their neighborhoods so tourists and customers don’t get scared off from their families stores and restaurants?

Racism exists, but that is not something that can be voted away or made illegal. That’s just what deranged  utopians think is possible among a myriad of other cracked bullshit. You cannot outlaw human nature and schemas. It’s not going to happen. And thank the gods for that.

As I’ve come to understand it, hate is not some evil, alien, emotion that can or must be eradicated, and it’s so absolutely hilarious to watch a bunch of protesters spouting the line “love not hate” or some incarnation of it, and then minutes later beat someone half to death. Hate is intrinsically human and evolutionary beneficial. Weird to think about that way, I know. That’s not to say you should marinate in it like the ethnonationalist crowd, but you shouldn’t outright reject and actively suppress it or any of your emotions for that matter. Love and Hate share a unique, positive correlation with one another. The more you hate one thing, the more you love another.

Here’s an example: Say you’re a West German. You love freedom and hate communism. The more you love your good life and your happy family, you’ll probably have a more visceral and violent outlook on those filthy reds that want you to only be happy every other Thursday from 5pm to 8pm. It’s a group defense mechanism in our brains that form a thing called “in-group preference” – or just bigotry as it’s referred to by academics today. Makes sense if you ask me. If one group has this preference and another doesn’t which do you think would end up dominating and subjugating the other? The inclusive one? Please.

The more similar a group is to another the easier they can get along provided there is one that is very saliently different that can be agreed upon as objectively worse. And that’s actually a point I’d like to bring up with the ethno-nat people. One of their big selling points is their desire for “no more brothers wars”. That is to say an end of the conflict between white nations. And while that may sound great, even though it’s already been like 80 years since the last hot war between white countries, it’s a utopian ideal as well.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but Europe, in the absence of some invading foreign horde, does not have a stellar track record of not making war upon it’s many neighboring nations. Why? Because without that one, very obviously different group, the existing differences within that alliance get put under a microscope and scrutinized. Human beings seem to have just as much an appetite for enemies as they do for friends. If America or Europe or, hell, the whole fucking world were magically rid of anyone who wasn’t white, do you know what would happen? A purity spiral. Just like how the SJWs cannibalize each other for their varying hang-ups and degrees of wokeness, you’ll see race supremacists, regardless of that race, divided on what exactly qualifies a person as a member of that race. I’ve seen white supremacists argue that Slavs and Mediterraneans aren’t white, but paler Asians are. I’ve seen black supremacists argue that mixed people aren’t black but certain Arab groups are. I’ve even seen dueling Hispanic supremacist groups arguing over whether the native or the Spanish descendance are the real Hispanics. It’s pandemonium, these groups. But that’s just how people are. It’s not good or bad, it’s just in their nature to be adversarial and jostle for the lead role (which is why capitalism is the best system because it’s most compatible with human nature and doesn’t try to make everyone the same like communism does – but that’s a separate video).

So, in a weird, paradoxical way, people are most harmonious when they are at odds with other. Their ties with their group strengthen and they feel more unified under possible threat. Not that you should confuse harmony with peace or peace with quite. Just because you don’t see or hear people flinging slurs at each other online because of automated naughty-word bots doesn’t mean that animus isn’t there or being mitigated. It’s not the job of a company’s cyber-police or even the government’s police for that matter, to ensure that we like each other. Thoughts are not actions, but if those thoughts are attacked, they’ll find a way out. And what a perfect Segway into the last topic, the police.

Blue Life Blues

I have to say, I appreciate cops for the most part, but goddamn I would never want to be one. Unless I were a detective, that might be cool. I’d probably be pretty good at it.

Being the kind of small government guy that I am, I see law enforcement as one of the very few legitimate roles of government. All these acronym soup bureaus, state funded commie schools, and welfare programs can eat a dick. Any government body that, in turn, necessitates more government bodies, need to be pruned and burned like Minneapolis.

That being said, disbanding the police is, easily, the most mouth-breathingly, knuckle-draggingly, lazy-eyed, retarded croc of bubbling bullshit to come out of the left-most wing since inviting people from countries we fucked up to live with us. As I’ve already mentioned, there are, I think pretty obviously at this point, some very hostile actors in this country that know what they’re doing and want to see this come to fruition to make America ripe for the taking. It’s the clueless pawns that don’t realize that the people they are marching with hate them whose mind-states I truly struggle to understand.

These smooth-brains want no police, but also want guns to be banned universally. I’m not even going to dwell on how dumb this is. I guess they want a bunch of social workers doing rounds: You know, like asking the rapist nicely to dismount the woman and that he isn’t alone in the abuse he suffered as a child. Or by telling the mugger that there are people there for him and scolding the bleeding victim that he should be so greedy and possessive of his belongings. Essentially a criminal’s paradise; funny how so much of what the left does seems to result in that.

But I’ll reiterate from earlier: No, Floyd may not have been a good person, but the cop who killed him does deserve to punishment for his actions. Police are not judge, jury, or executioner, nor should anyone ever want them to be, lest we be left with a bunch of Adeptus Arbites that don’t care how much or how little you’ve done. Accountability is needed in police, lest the public’s confidence in them be shattered. And while misguided members of minority communities might be brought up to distrust the police from birth, nothing floors the general public’s confidence in police and their elected bosses more than a mayor’s or governor’s stand-down order while terrible violence is allowed to unfold. A government that fails in its duties to this degree is illegitimate, and I’d so far as to say that the government of Minneapolis, as well as in other urban centers, are comparable to third world countries.

Plenty of measures have already been taken to assure the orderly and lawful conduct of officers, namely body and dash cams. Not only do they make a possibly irate officer think twice about doing something stupid, but can indeed aid the officer against possible lawsuit by providing evidence regarding an encounter. New measures can always be taken, but abolition is not one of them.

Since the onset of these riots that have already eclipsed whatever message they were meant to send in more civil daytime hours, gun sales have absolutely exploded – even among democrats. It might sound hypocritical of them, and it is, but considering the widespread since of worry, this is very bad news for the anti-gun activists. What’s even more amusing than that is how unconstitutionally difficult many are finding it to actually get a gun in their areas – a burden they placed on themselves, like so many others. Armed militias are, in an additional twist of irony, a rather right-wing ideal, and are, in fact encouraged by the constitution. And those are what you are going to start to see in cities and suburbs in addition to the ones that have been seen already. People are beginning to realize that self-defense, self-reliance, and community cohesion are virtues. In other words, nature is beginning to reclaim society, and the artificiality of progressive politics has been placed on an accelerated downward trajectory.

Among the dead and injured as a result of this bedlam, are a great number of officers, who seem to lose more and more of their own each and every time a roaring horde of equity advocates screech about justice and peace. I would wonder if the rioters realize how this swings who the country sides with, but I’ve come to doubt they wonder much of anything. Approval of the “protests” and public flagellation displayed therein are abysmal compared to the approval and even the desire to bolster policing in the US. Here’s hoping that doesn’t lead to a police state, but I think the rise in gun purchases makes that less likely.

But I’ve prattled on long enough, let’s wrap this up.

Looking in the Rear-View

So what can we walk away with from all this? What kind of new pair of shoes can we snatch from this blazing cluster-fuck? Well how about this.

I think it’s pretty fair to say at this point that those involved with the “demonstrations” have done more to set their goals back than they have win people over. I think the reactionary precautions taken by ordinary people to BLM’s, antifa’s, and the DNC’s reactionary politics speak for themselves. People aren’t crazy about the instability and ravaging of business just coming into an economic recovery. If that makes them racist as some shitwits in these organizations (including the media) have suggested, well, I think people would rather be racist than broke and living in fear. And I do think that there is going to be a noticeable uptick in racial animus going forward, unfortunately.

Another important thing to bear in mind, particularly for those on the left who are more dismissive than necessarily encouraging of the violence, is that one bad policy spoils the bunch. People are going to associate these riots and rhetoric to dismantle law enforcement with just about every other proposal made by the left, be they good or bad, and reject them in tandem. This is why I think Trump and his new Trump party, formally known as the GOP, are going to sweep and take the house and render the democrats a permanent minority party with no stake in any of the three branches of government say for some more entrenched bureaucratic positions, granted he and his campaign staff not allow recent events to get memory holed, and stay on the offence. This, I’d have to imagine, will not stem the violence but rather exacerbate it - not that mob should be capitulated to. Give a mouse a cookie, he’ll want a glass of milk. If the democrats do not purge the fringe radicals and rebrand as a more populist party, we could very well see an end to their rein in all but their most hardened localized municipalities. And while that may sound very appealing to those on the libertarian right like myself, as well as those more traditionally conservative, it’s important to realize that a mass exodus of support for the left will inevitably lead to many of the loyalless, honorless, donor class individuals to inundate the right’s candidates with all the more money and influence that crippled the left. As such, we will need to remine entirely watchful, and call out each and every misstep we see.

I wonder if the progressives have any idea what they were progressing toward.
