The conjunction of Tao.
In order for one of our souls to incarnate, it takes the genetic parents to be accepting of thier other polarity, and if both parents aren't at this point, they must bring this Tao between the two of them.
When this restriction for our souls is met between the two parents, then souls like ours are able to incarnate.
This is called the Conjunction of creation, and happens through the process of Mortal reproduction.
