We don’t know what concoction of drugs and/or adrenaline Joe Biden’s handlers gave him before he shuffled to the podium for his State of the Union address after bedtime last night, but it was a stout one. Unfortunately for all of us, it wore off. As the speech progressed, Biden increasingly struggled severely to speak coherently, bumbling and slurring his words as he slurred half of the union. Beyond that, our overall impression is that Biden is a mean old man. He’s always been mean and rude and dishonest, but his worsening dementia only fuels his nastiness and loud cantankerousness. That anyone thinks he’s a more decent human being than his past and current opponent, Donald Trump, is beyond Comprehension.

The problem with Biden is not that he’s old. The Problem is Biden has repeatedly shown himself to be lacking and to have little relationship to Truth.

Nuland's placement for under secretary upon her retirement has been announced as career diplomat John Bass, a former ambassador to Afghanistan. He oversaw Biden's botched withdrawal from Afghanistan, and so it is somewhat ironic that he'll also oversee Ukraine policy at this critical juncture where Kiev is clearly against the ropes.

TDS can cause erratic behavior, illogical thoughts, and an inability to process information rationally. The Biden Effect!! Both the Saudis and the Chinese have shown growing efforts to forge ties directly with the Russian regime as well. At a Chinese-Russian summit in February 2022, both regimes stated they plan to forge even closer ties. This has apparently not changed even after a year of heightened hostilities from the US and NATO aimed at Moscow. In fact, it is likely that Russia-China relations are closer than they’ve ever been in the post-Soviet era. This has clearly been a problem for Washington as China continues to provide an important market for Russian exports in the face of US sanctions.
