- It doesn't actually CAUSE them to shut it out, but it prompts them to do so. The measure of a courageous and wise intellect is that it will recognize the impulse, decide if it's really that urgent, and if not, consider in full: watcher and higher self engaged. If warranted by the information, said mind will improve its 'presets.'
